I liked the location because it was in the middle of the Prairie Spirit bike trail and less than 1/2 mile from it. The room was fairly comfy and clean. There was a washing machine and dryer for guests to use ($2.00 each). They were also clean and not too old. There's a cow pasture right next to the parking lot. Sounded like cows were coming up to the window. I thought that was pretty neat. No breakfast, but a really good Amish restaurant nearby.

What breakfast? I wasn’t aware there was breakfast. I think the owners are very nice. It’s a bit old and run down in appearance but the rooms were simple and basic yet okay and clean and well kept given their age.

For the purpose of our trip the location was good. It would have been nice if a breakfast was included. it looked like the front of the main building had once been a restaurant. Rooms were newly renovated, very clean, and everything worked as it was supposed to.
